Our Story

Founded in Minnesota's vibrant Twin Cities, Iluminadas Performing Arts School and Educational Services Inc. has served the community as a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Based at 1011 Lincoln Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105, our name β€” "Iluminadas" meaning "the illuminated ones" β€” reflects our belief that every child carries a light within, waiting to be kindled through the arts.

Our NTEE classification (A6E β€” Performing Arts Schools) reflects our core purpose: using Latin American and multicultural performing arts as a vehicle for personal growth, cultural preservation, and community building in the heart of the Twin Cities.
